ORDER CONFIRMATION

All orders placed in the web site will be shipped only after confirmation from Roces S.r.l. (by an e-mail sending). Roces S.r.l. has the right to cancel or defer in whole or in part the orders because of the impossibility to supply the goods. These cases relieves us of the obligations previously entered into with the acceptance of the order and exclude any claims for damages. Delivery terms have to be considered as indicative. Roces S.r.l. is not obliged to pay a compensation for any direct or indirect damages due to delivery delays or interruption of the supply. The average timing of delivery should not exceed 30 days.

 

PRICE AND SHIPPING COSTS

The Price is in € (euros). The applicable Price is the one published in the web site at the time the orders are placed by the customers. The price is inclusive of VAT (22%) if the products are shipped by Roces S.r.l. and delivered inside the European Union. The price does not include shipping costs. Roces S.r.l. may request that the Customers bear part of the shipping costs, being understood that such amount will depend on the kind of delivery, the quantity of shipped products, the volume, the weight and the destination. The part of the shipping costs to be borne by the customers is indicated separately from the price, and shall be paid by the customers jointly with the payment of the price. Customers who require the shipment of the order in countries extra eu have to pay for customs duty at receivement of the parcel.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The delivery will be carried out on the whole Italian territory and in the countries belonging to the European community only and exclusively with a carrier chosen by Roces S.r.l., according to an evaluation of opportunities and convenience. We remember you that for the territories outside the customs union, the customs charges are charged to the customer who must complete the payment at the time of delivery of the package. Roces S.r.l.will not ship the products before receiving the payment for the order. Once payment has been received, Roces S.r.l. undertakes to ship the products. Delivery generally takes place from 48 to 96 hours from shipping for shipments to Italy, in the countries of the European community within 10 days from the date of shipment. Customers are required to check at the time of delivery that the products correspond to what is indicated in the transport document both by number and by type and that the packaging is intact, not damaged. Any damage to the packaging of the products must be immediately challenged by the customers by affixing a written control reserve to the proof of successful delivery of the carrier. It is understood that once the carrier's document has been signed without any dispute, customers can no longer raise any objection to Roces S.r.l. with reference to the external characteristics of the delivered goods. Complaints relating to the shipment or delivery of the goods and its quality and quantity, must be made strictly no later than 60 days from the date of arrival of the goods. In case of claim for shortages or product failures, they will be accepted only if accompanied by a copy of the delivery note on which the reservations made to the carrier upon receipt of the shipment will appear. Complaints regarding invoices must be strictly communicated no later than 15 days from the date of arrival of the document. Roces S.r.l. will not be held responsible for the results that customers have to obtain using goods sold to them. Any complaints or disputes concerning a single delivery of goods do not exonerate the buyer from the obligation to collect the remaining quantity of goods within the limits of the order or commitment undertaken. The buyer renounces to propose exceptions without having previously fulfilled his obligations.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

The customers (i.e. private persons acting for scopes not included in any commercial, craftsman or professional activity carried out in their business), have the right in accordance with the Legislative Decree No.206/2005 to withdraw from the purchase agreement. Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the same, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by e-mail with acknowledgment of receipt (roces@pec.roces.it) and, within 14 days, he may return to the seller the purchased good. The communication must contain the codes and the size of the products that you intend to return, possibly a copy of the Transport Document, as well as information on how to reimburse expenses incurred (Credit Card, bank transfer and any bank details). The products subject to reconsideration must be returned by the consumer in conditions of substantial integrity to the following address ROCES SPORT S.R.L. - Via G. Ferraris, 36 - 31044 Montebelluna (TV) - Italy - prior communication. Once the goods have been received, verified in its integrity and checked that the product has not been used, we will credit the cost of the returned product as soon as possible, keeping, where necessary, the shipping costs. Return shipping costs and all custom duties are at customer's side. We invite each Customer to perform the necessary tests of the product before using the right of withdrawal. It is advisable to do these tests in the appropriate ways and in clean environments, in order to guarantee the maintenance of the aesthetic and functional integrity of the product. If the customers exercise the right of withdrawal in a way that does not comply with the methods and terms above mentioned, they will not be entitled to a refund of the price. In case of defects to the product found with the use, the customer is obliged to contact the Quality Dptm. of Roces S.r.l. to file a complaint and obtain all the details in order to proceed with the return authorization. Roces S.r.l. does not accept returns without agreed confirmation by the company.
